System Ownership & Operation

We will own, operate and maintain the system to allow you to concentrate on your core competencies while producing on-site clean energy.

• Through a Power Purchase Agreement, we can give you American Clean Energy by locking in your electric rates for a period of years with no up front capital cost
• At the end of the term, you can either renew the agreement or buy the system for a fraction of the original cost
• Operation and Maintenance Agreement for customers who want to own their system and have us operate and maintain it
• Capital Leases for customers who want us to retain ownership while they realize the electric savings and Renewable Energy Certificates
