Blue Sky Power Fund

Blue Sky Power is creating a plan for Blue Sky Power Fund, an investment fund that will allow private capital to fund a portfolio of productive clean energy projects, realize a strong return and take advantage of federal Investment Tax Credits (ITCs).

• Rather than raising capital on a project-by-project basis, Blue Sky Power Fund will offer its investors the opportunity to invest in a portfolio of clean energy projects and receive a certain yield for their investment
• Blue Sky Power Fund will enable creditworthy project hosts, developers and installers to apply directly for funding from the Fund
• We will create a finance structure to fund each project during construction and then the Fund will own and operate the facility once it is placed in service
• Blue Sky Power Fund will mitigate risk by diversifying investment in various types of clean energy, including Solar, Wind, Fuel Cell, Geothermal and various Combined Heat & Power systems
• The Fund will adhere to the best practices for transparency, disclosure and compliance with the necessary statutory and regulatory requirements
