Fred Parvey

Fred Parvey has an extensive executive management background in information technology, corporate real estate development, facilities management, and internal support services for a Fortune 100 company.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Fidelity National Financial’s Information Services (FIS), Fred’s responsibilities included a budget of $550 million and a staff of more than 2,100 employees and management of 5 major corporate campuses and data centers. As CIO, Fred was responsible for the myriad of technology services that support FIS’ external customers as well as internal employees. Parvey’s overriding goal was to align technology decisions with business strategy, improve efficiencies and reduce costs while maintaining a high level of focus on customer needs.
Specific responsibilities included all technical infrastructure management; the operation of several large data centers; management of customer support centers; establishing architectural standards and guidelines; and establishing the strategic plan for FIS. With Fidelity National Financial, Parvey oversaw construction of more than 500,000 square feet of corporate office buildings, including global corporate headquarters, a 550,000 square foot parking garage, a 246-room hotel, and an airplane hanger, housing corporate jets. With responsibility for five major data centers, he directed the expansion, renovation and mechanical/electrical infrastructure build-out to support non-stop operations.
