Bradd A. Forstein

A successful entrepreneur with a distinguished career in sales and marketing, Bradd Forstein leads Blue Sky Power’s sales and marketing team. Prior to joining Blue Sky Power, Forstein was the Regional Land Director of Prudential Fox & Roach in New Jersey, heading the development division for the last five years.   In this role, he was responsible for the training and management of more than 2000 sales professionals in 20 offices and the creation of development opportunities throughout the region.  Forstein developed significant transactions and managed them through complex approval processes, coordinating efforts between engineers, attorneys, municipal officials and lenders.  Forstein annually generated more than $40,000,000 in sales and has extensive relationships within Blue Sky Power’s targeted sectors.   He is an active member of the Builders League of South Jersey with responsibilities on both the Action Committee and Leadership Development Committee.  He also participates with Urban Land Institute as a Young Leader and sits on the South Jersey Council.

Prior to serving as Regional Land Director with Prudential Fox & Roach, Forstein founded 3JAG Investments, LLC a real estate investment company.  In his role as President he oversaw the identification, qualification and acquisition of numerous multifamily units for the purpose of building a long term investment portfolio.   He was also responsible for leasing and client relations.  In 2002 Forstein founded MBH Enterprises, LLC, an organization created to supply computer technology and component services to large corporate accounts.   In the first year, Forstein was solely responsible for generating more than $2,000,000 in sales.  After only 14 months of operation, Forstein orchestrated the sale of MBH to its supplier for a substantial profit.  From 1999 to 2002, Forstein was Senior Account Director for TARGUS Information Corporation where he sold data technologies to Fortune 1000 companies.  In his three years with TARGUS, Forstein consistently brought in some of the company’s largest clients, including: Bristol Myers Squibb; American Telecast Corporation; Protocall Teleservices; Telerx; and Millennium Teleservices

Forstein is active with multiple charitable organizations, most notably the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, for which he was awarded the MS Leadership Award for dedication to the organization.   He is also a regular volunteer and participant in MS Walk events and the MS 150 City to Shore bike tour.  Forstein is involved in the alumni association of both the University of Vermont, where graduated with a degree in Business Administration, and George School in Newtown, PA.
